DOWNLOADING AND ADDING E-STAMPS TO YOUR EMAILS |

add e-stamps to your e-mails. Most e-mail programs now offer this
feature. |
| |
| 1)
Simply right click on the stamp you want to download, then choose "Save
Picture As..." from the pop-up menu. Save the e-stamp graphic
to your hard drive to a designated folder. |
| 2)

e-mail where you want to place the stamp, and click the "Insert
Picture..." tab on your e-mail tool bar. Select the stamp you
want from your file folder and click "Insert". That's it! |
| Adding
the stamps to your e-signature or at the bottom of the e-mail is a good
choice. |
| 3)
You can also customize the stamp by adding a roll-over text message or
hyperlink. |
| To
add a roll-over text message right click on the stamp and choose "Properties"
from the pop-up menu. Type your message in the "Alternate Text:"
window of the Picture pop-up menu. When the e-mail recipient
moves their cursor over the stamp your message will appear. |

a Hyperlink" tab from your e-mail tool bar. Type the URL
address for the link into the "URL:" window of the Hyperlink
